Governing Documents/Board Calendar

These are the documents that govern our community. Each property owner is automatically a legal member of the Maintenance Corporation that governs and maintains our community. Each of us are required to abide by the legally recorded deed restrictions and to pay all annual and special assessments approved by the corporation (you!). We encourage you to participate in the annual general meeting and any other community activity that interests you. Let’s say “it takes a village”, and make our village great!

If you are going to sell your house, we’re sorry to see you go. But please remember to provide a copy of these documents to your real estate agent and to your buyer.
